Verification Services
The verification process strictly complies with ISO,CE,GMP,ASM and CSA. We provide our clients with preparation and testing of DO,IQ,OQ,FAT and SAT protocols and related services, ensuring the traceability of all documents.
After Service
We can send engineers to the site to install the fermenter if the customer requires. During the usage, if there is any problem with the product, customer can sends us pictures and videos, we will reply within 24 hours and solve the problem remotely.
Spare Parts
We will provide you with some easily damaged spare parts at the time of delivery. If some parts do not work, we will send you a new part and tell you how to replace it. When the problem cannot be resolved remotely, our engineers will contact you.
